CHANGE SOCIAL CARE workers will undertake the following core training:
All unqualified will be given an induction course based on the tests results given at interview stage.

• First Aid at Work (Health and Safety Executive Approved)
• An Introduction to Autism Learning Disability Award Framework (LDAF)
• Health & Safety at Work Charted Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH)
• Challenging Behaviour
• Fire Safety
• Medication Awareness
• Epilepsy Awareness
• Makaton for Beginners
• Physical Intervention
• Report Writing

This training will be undertaken yearly and is compulsory depending on the level of care you provide.

We are an OCR accredited in-house training assessment centre to NVQ level 2 & 3. We can offer funding where available.
