CHANGE SOCIAL CARE deals with the recruitment of temporary staff in the public and private sector social care roles.

What type of jobs do you do?

We recruit all types of social care and support staff, from qualified social workers, senior support staff to domestics within the Public and Private care sector

Are your jobs temporary or permanent?

We concentrate mainly on temporary and contract positions but many of our staff go on to get permanent contracts from our clients after a set period of time.

How do you find the right job for me?

We gain an excellent understanding of your needs through an in depth interview. We will only send you to permanent interviews or temporary assignments that match your needs.

What do you expect from me?

Every candidate that works for Change or represents the agency is an ambassador for our good name, we expect you to attend any interviews that you agree to go to and to complete any assignments agreed.

Who pays me and when?

All workers are paid by CHANGE SOCIAL CARE on a weekly basis at the rate agreed prior to the assignment.
We do accept self-employed / limited company status staff or we can assist you in getting limited company status.

What rights do I have as a temporary worker?

CHANGE SOCIAL CARE strictly adheres to all relevant employment legislation including Equal Opportunities and Working Time Regulations.
