Finding the right people at the right time necessitates a high level of professionalism. All queries from clients are treated with confidentiality and tact, and exactly the same approach is extended to our staff.
All members of the Change team are aware of clients changing requirements. Seasonal fluctuations, staff absence due to illness or holidays, fast growth within an organisation; all these differing circumstances can put pressure on the existing workforce. Where possible, we take the opportunity to plan ahead with our clients - to avoid problems of staff shortages in busy periods.
Our consultants
All staff at CHANGE SOCIAL CARE are Warner trained.
Every candidate registered undergoes stringent employment experience, education and interview process on registration. All candidates are fully briefed on the clients requirements.
We insist that all candidates provide paperwork at registration. We require;
- GSCC registration check
- Right to work in the UK
- Current CRB check
- 3 written reference (no more than 6 months old and 1 must be most recent employer)
- Degree certificates
- Proof of identity
- Completed and signed application form
- 2 passport photographs
Quality Management
A cost effective Quality Management System is the means adopted to ensure that company objectives and quality standards are met, and objective evidence made available to substantiate the achievements.
The purpose of this Policies Section is to describe the organisation and quality policies that are the foundations of the company’s quality management system this will enable us to mointer and improve sytems where appropriate.
